Nikon Spinning disk confocal microscope. Details: Yokogawa CSU-X1 Spinning Disk Confocal on NIkon Ti Eclipse stage. Hammatsu ImageEM EMCCD digital camera. Enclosed mircsoscope incubator (no CO2 control, just heat). Motorized stage and piezo Z drive with perfect focus system to combat Z drift. Objective (10x, 40x LWD water, 100x oil).
